Where do you deliver and how does it work?
Delivery Fees
We deliver to most areas within Hong Kong. Our kitchen is based in Tsuen Wan West and different fees apply according to your delivery area:
- Hong Kong Island: $250 (+$100 for Southern District)
- Kowloon: $200
- New Territories: $250 (+$50 for Lohas Park / Tseung Kwan O / Tung Chung, and +$100 for Clear Water Bay / Sai Kung)
- Outlying Islands: delivery to Central Pier available for $250
Our delivery fees reflect the extra care needed to handle our delicate products as well as the distance from our kitchen to your address.
Delivery Schedule and Customer Communication
Our standard deliveries are between 12-6pm, but exact delivery times could vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or the amount of confirmed orders for the same day. You can let us know your preferred delivery time frame and we will try our best to accommodate based on availability.
If you need your order delivered before 12pm, please include this add-on and we will reach out to you to confirm the delivery window via WhatsApp.
Please note that if a phone number is not provided, we will reach you via email — but we cannot be held responsible if we cannot reach you, or if the contact information provided is incorrect.
Delivery Process
The customer has to be readily available to receive the order on their selected date. If the order is a gift, it is the customer's responsibility to inform the recipient in advance.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the order will be handed to the building concierge. If this option is unavailable, the order will be left outside the delivery address.
Please note that we are unable to reattempt delivery later in the day or return the order to our kitchen — and we are not responsible for any items that are left unattended or uncollected.
Could I pick up the order myself?
Appointment-Only System:
We offer one-hour pick-up windows at our kitchen in Tsuen Wan West. As we are a private production kitchen and not a retail shop, we do not have staff on standby for walk-ins — so all pick-ups are strictly by appointment only. Once your order is placed, we will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your specific time slot. Therefore, it is essential that you provide a valid, WhatsApp-enabled phone number at checkout.
Customer Responsibility & Communication
If a phone number is not provided, we will reach you via email — but please note that we cannot be held responsible for missed pick-ups if we cannot reach you, or if the contact information provided is incorrect. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they confirm their pick-up appointment with us.
Perishable Goods & No-Show Policy
Our grazing spreads are fresh, perishable products prepared specifically for the customer's selected date. We cannot guarantee that staff will be available to hand over your order outside of your confirmed slot, and we cannot offer remakes or alternative pick-up times if the original appointment is missed.
Early Pick-ups
If you would like to pick up your order before 12pm, please include this add-on at checkout and we will reach out to you via WhatsAPp to confirm details.
What is your order process?
Order Timeline
All our spreads are made to order so we kindly ask that you place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
For last-minute requests, we'll do our best to accommodate — just a note that a rush fee applies. Please reach out via WhatsApp to check for our availability.
Order Changes
Customers can amend their delivery date for free within a 2-hour grace period after placing their order. Please contact us with your order number to request a change.
For all other changes, a handling fee applies — contact us and we'll assist you based on availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are unable to accept cancellations, and all orders are non-refundable. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Perishable Goods & Pick-up Responsibility
As our grazing spreads are made-to-order using fresh, perishable ingredients, all orders must be collected or delivered on the customer's selected date.
- Non-Responsive Customers: We cannot be held responsible if the contact information provided (email or phone) is incorrect or if our correspondence is not checked.
- Missed Appointments: As we are a private production workspace and not a retail shop, if a customer fails to show up during their confirmed pick-up window, the order will be forfeited without a refund.
Rescheduling Requests
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us via WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Extreme Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather — such as a Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above — our kitchen will close and courier services will be suspended for safety. If this happens, we will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate an alternative plan (such as a later delivery time or a rescheduled date).
What can I expect from my spread?
Every order is built around a seasonal selection of cheeses, cured meats, and accompaniments so no two spreads are exactly alike. We keep flavour and texture in mind and you’ll always get a well-balanced mix of creamy, crunchy, salty, and sweet. You can explore our 3 spreads here.
Everything is sourced with care from both local and global suppliers — and assembled fresh to order in our licensed commercial kitchen in Hong Kong.
On the day of your order, we’ll WhatsApp you the exact list of what’s in your spread — makes it easy to forward to your group chats!
How do I store and serve my spread?
Our Savour and Signature spreads fit in most standard household fridges, so you don’t have to rearrange your shelves in a panic. Keep the box chilled and levelled, especially if you’re planning on taking it somewhere.
Store your spread in the fridge once you receive it, but let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving — this helps the cheeses soften and flavours open up. Never freeze it, and keep it out of direct sunlight or anywhere too warm. For best results, enjoy your spread within 3-4 hours of serving.
