The story behind the spread

Zoe grew up in Hong Kong, with chapters of her life in France and Canada — places that deepened her love for delicious food and intentional living.

Frustrated by the lack of well-curated, reasonably priced charcuterie boards in the city, she founded The Grazing Spread to bring a special touch to the table — a concept she wished existed for quiet nights in with her fiancé and gatherings with friends and family.
